Our Story
FLAT started because we were obsessed with one thing: the perfect smash burger. That lacey, caramelised crust you only get when a ball of beef hits a screaming-hot griddle and gets pressed flat. We perfected it. Then we loaded some fries. Then we opened a kitchen in Shoreditch.
The Other Thing
Our skin-on fries are blanched twice, fried once, seasoned properly. Load them up with cheese sauce and pulled beef. Or don't. They're good plain too. Either way, you're getting a second portion.
